Maria Theresa Taler 1780 AH-GS VF30 NGC, Karlsburg mint, KM1866.3, Dav-1146. NGC has listed this piece as Transylvania, but whereas the mint for this coin was Karlsburg (in the Transylvania area of Romania since 1918, it has not been a separate entity since the 1600's. Davenport lists this coin under Austria, as does KM, and also Voglhuber. Because of this, we are also listing it under Austria. Variegated gray patina, with light marks. A scarcer one-year type.
