George V Proof 1/2 Crown 1911 PR66 NGC, Royal mint, KM818.1. The obverse is a pencil lead patina peppered with electric baby blues starting from the central themes which blend into yellows then amber, merlots, baby blues, and then back to amber peripherals. The reverse has some of the same colors minus the merlot and is much little lighter in terms of intensity of color. This razor sharp striking is a watery masterpiece that may be appreciated by the discerning collector of toned coins.
