ISLANDS off IONIA, Chios. Circa 380-350 BC. AR Tetradrachm (22.5mm, 14.79 g, 11h). Eorynomos, magistrate. Sphinx seated left; to left, grape bunch above amphora; all on shallow convex surface / Quadripartite incuse square, with striated quarters and thick bands; EOPYNOMOΣ on horizontal band. Mavrogordato 49; Pixodarus 11; HGC 6, 1116. Good VF, dark iridescent tone, slightly off center on obverse.
