KINGS of LYDIA. temp. Cyrus – Darios I. Circa 550/39-520 BC. AR Siglos (16mm, 5.20 g). Sardes mint. Confronted foreparts of lion right and bull left / Two incuse squares. Berk 22; SNG Ashmolean 762–6 and 769–71. Near EF, toned, only a hint of the typical porosity. Exceptional for issue.
