Placard Announcing Cyprus Central Bank of Cyprus £10 ND (1977) Pick 48s Specimen. A Specimen with a perforated "1032" at bottom center is sealed within a "window" so that both sides can be viewed. This "window" is part of a larger laminated placard dated 1977 and intended for display in a bank lobby. A top 1.125 inch strip printed with "Kibris Merkez Bankasi" and "Central Bank Of Cyprus" has been removed. In turn, it has been attached at the approximate midline of the placard. This item is not graded, but there is toning that affects part of the lamination, but not the note. HID08701242017
