Great Britain. Maundy Set, 1671. S.3392; ESC-2367. Charles II. Each has an obverse portrait of king right with a C or Cs on reverse (1,2,3,4) to denote denomination. Only the second dated Maundy set (1670 was the first) the condition is exceptional. The coins have matching blue-grey toning and are completely original. One of the most attractive and high grade early sets we have seen. Lot of 4 coins. PCGS graded Penny AU-58, Twopence graded MS-62; Threepence and Fourpence both graded MS-63. Estimate Value $600 - 700
