1872 1C -- Struck Through Obverse and Reverse -- MS63 Red and Brown PCGS. Bright mint red and yellow colors are only slightly subdued. The surfaces show numerous depressions from some type of debris that clinged to both the obverse and reverse die. Alternately, debris could have adhered to both sides of the planchet. However, no trace remains of the debris, just the voids left behind. An interesting error.
