1879 T$1 PR58 PCGS. The year 1879 was the first occasional of no business strike Trade dollar production at any mint. The 1879 proof is an essential acquisition for the date collector. This is a collectible near-Mint example with a full strike and mirrored fields. Deep multicolor toning masks slight high-point friction on each side that determines the grade. A few marks appear in the left obverse field. Housed in a green label holder.
