1900 1C PR68 Red NGC. A fairly generous mintage of 2,262 proof Indian cents was accomplished at the Philadelphia Mint in 1900 and collectors prize the issue for its turn-of-the century date. The present coin is the single-finest certified survivor from that important mintage. The design elements exhibit razor-sharp definition throughout, with a moderate coat of mint frost that stands out noticeably against the deeply reflective fields.
