1893-CC $1 MS63 PCGS. Brilliant, frosty surfaces are original, and this Select 1893-CC Morgan displays minimal abrasions for the grade. The fields are semiprooflike. Examination of the central devices shows the usual strike weakness on the eagle's breast and the hair above Liberty's ear. The 1893-CC is a slightly better date in high grade among Carson City Morgans, as almost no examples were distributed through the GSA sales of the early 1970s.
