1794 1C Head of 1794, S-21, B-5, R.3 -- Improperly Cleaned -- NGC Details. VG. Our EAC grade: sharpness of VG7, net Good 4. The sharpness is best described as VG8 on the obverse and Good 5 on the reverse. Pleasing olive-brown surfaces show very slight roughness. The date and LIBERTY are complete, and the reverse lettering is readable but weak.
