Large Cents
1794 1C Head of 1795, S-72, B-65, R.2, PCGS Genuine. Our EAC grade: sharpness of VG7, net AG3. The PCGS number ending in .94 suggests Altered Surfaces as the reason, or perhaps one of the reasons, that PCGS deemed this coin not gradable. In our opinion, this coin has the details of a VG specimen that has been burnished, resulting in indistinct details. Both sides are intermingled chestnut and steel-brown.
