1796 1C Reverse of 1797, NC-1, B-29, R.6, VG8 PCGS. Our EAC grade: sharpness of VG8, net Good 5. Steel-brown surfaces exhibit tan highlights on this important cent, an affordable example of the NC-1 rarity. Both sides exhibit minor porosity over the surfaces, evenly distributed and unobtrusive. The date and all of the lettering are fully visible and the devices are complete with slight hair detail on the obverse.
