1797 1C Reverse of 1797, Stems, S-141, B-18, R.4 -- Damaged, Repaired -- PCGS Genuine. VF Details. Our EAC grade: sharpness of VF25, net Fine 12. Breen Die State III, with a straight crack from the border to the left ribbon end, the wreath, and the C in CENT. This olive-green example has been bent, and the surfaces are lightly burnished, especially noticeable on the reverse.
