1803 1C Small Date, Small Fraction, S-252, B-11, R.2, Fair 2 PCGS. Our EAC grade: sharpness of Good 4, net AG3. The steel-brown surfaces of this Fair 2 specimen show no large or unsightly abrasions, but a few small planchet voids are evident on the reverse. The date remains legible and the central devices are complete in outline, but the peripheral legends are incomplete and the rim has worn flat.
