1878-CC $1 MS65 PCGS. This Gem 1878-CC Morgan dollar is frosty and razor-sharp with nearly pristine surfaces. The reverse alone could grade two points higher, but a few faint grazes on Liberty's cheek limit the PCGS designation to "only" MS65. This issue is challenging in finer condition. Brilliant interiors cede to amber-gold, olive, and lavender-gray border toning on each side. A high-end coin for the grade.
