Bronze enameled plate brooch. Romano-British, 2nd-3rd centuries AD. Round brooch with blue enamel and six peripheral lugs. Central design a curved lozenge-shape surrounded by four semicircular channels with inlay, outer perimeter with eight semicircular channels. Pin missing. Diameter: 31mm. Cf. Hattatt 1003, 1044-5. Some inlay damaged/missing. Back of plate labeled with collections number.
