Patina retro-pattern is of Czar Nicholas I, who became the Czar in 1825 and he was on the throne until 1855. You have the very high relief bust of the Czar on one side with extremely long sideburns. The reverse has a crowned double headed eagle the symbol of Imperial Russia. In this case the eagle is a bit larger than normal and the wings are more spread apart, low mintage of only 200 pieces, possibly silver?? Choice prrof like save for a light mark behind bust of Tsar
