Third century Antoniniani from the Jimena Hoard (14), Trajan Decius (AD 249-51), radiate and draped bust right, rev. vberitas avg, Uberitas standing left, holding purse and cornucopiae; Volusian (AD 251-53), Rome, 253, as before, rev. pm tr p iiii cos ii, Volusian sacrificing at altar; Valerian (AD 253-60), Antioch, 257, similar, rev. pm tr p v cos iii pp, Valerian and Gallienus standing, holding shields; Gallienus, sole reign (AD 260-68), various revs. including Aequitas; Abundantia (2); Pax (2); Providentia; Securitas; Uberitas; Victoria; Virtus (2), generally very fine, some better, most with surviving silvering (14).

This large third century hoard from Jimena de la Frontera numbering approximately 40,000 pieces was discovered in a large ceramic vessel about 12 inches below the surface by farmers working in the foothills of Serrania during the late 1930s.
