De Nederlandsche Bank, obverse trial for 25 gulden, 1963, no serial number, blue, Johan de Witt at right, ships wheel at centre, value at top left and low right(Pick unlisted) in PCGS holder 64, very choice uncirculated, this is the better of only two examples known for this design, which was approved but never issued, exceptional.
