Obv: AVTOK K M IOV?I FI?I??OC CEB Bust laureate, draped, cuirassed r., seen from front. Rx: FI?I??O?O?ITON - KO?ONIAC S - C Roma seated l. above shield, holding eagle supporting two figures and spear. Philippopolis, near Bostra, was renamed and made a colony by Philip because it was his birthplace. It only produced coins during Philip's reign, with obverses of Philip I and II, Otacilia Severa, and Philip's consecrated father, Divus Marinus.Dark patina, some pitting on portrait and in fields. F
