Divus Claudius II Gothicus. Died AD 270. Antoninianus (21mm, 3.25 g, 6h). Mediolanum (Milan) mint, 3rd officina. 1st emission of Aurelian, circa late AD 270-early AD 271. DIVO CLAVDIO, radiate head right / CONSECRATIO, lit altar with four panels on face, each with pellet; –/–//T. RIC V 261; RIC Online 1273 (this coin cited). VF, toned, porosity, two flan crack. Extremely rare with this obverse legend. One of five currently cited by RIC Online.
