Somewhat rough surfaces and minor flan cracks, otherwise, very fine.

The scene on the reverse must refer to sacrifices made in honor of Caracalla's forthcoming or current campaigns against the Parthians. The emperor's solely military attire on the reverse, as well as the legionary standard make this quite clear.
