Bank of England, J.B.Page, £5, ND (1971), serial number A01 000005, dark blue on multicolour underprint, Elizabeth II at right, winged victory in chariot at top centre, Britannia at low left, reverse, Duke of Wellington at right, battle of Fuentes de Onoro at centre, in blue leather presentation wallet with gold image of Britannia on the cover, and BANK OF ENGLAND NOVEMBER 1971 on the interior(EPM B332 for type), about uncirculated, the wallet in excellent condition, this note was originally presented to The Lord Mayor of London and is accompanied by a letter addressed to the Lord Mayor dated 10 November 1971 and signed by Leslie O'Brien. Highly unusual and very rare especially with a serial number this low.
