D N THEODO SIVS P F AVG, pearl-diademed, helmeted, draped, and cuirassed bust right, holding spear forward in right hand and shield in left / GLORIA ROMANORVM, Theodosius, helmeted head right, standing facing on galley left, raising right hand and holding cloak over left arm; at stern, Victory holding rudder; τ in left field; SMHA (star). RIC IX 21b var. (no star); LRBC –; Gorny & Mosch 212, lot 3066. Good VF, hard green patina. Extremely rare with the star in the mintmark for this emperor, only one example on CoinArchives.
