Zaydi Imams of the Yaman

The lands of the tribal group 'Udhr were subdued in the beginning of an-Nâsir's caliphate. The mint was previously read as 'Adan, which was never reached by the Zaydis of the 10th century. The low eight suggests a posthumous date for the coin, perhaps as late as the beginning of the 5th century H.
