Abbasid, al-Mutawakkil (232-247h), dinar, Surra man ra'a 233h, 4.19g (Bernardi 155Jc RRR), edge knock, otherwise almost extremely fine and very rare. Struck on distinctive smaller, thicker flans than normal currency issues, these dinars have been plausibly regarded as presentation pieces.
