KM-3, 2. 15.40 grams total Pair of two high-grade coins, most likely specimens given their origin from the Heaton Mint archives (sold in 1979 to Spink) and that a number have turned up on the market in NGC slabs with specimen grades. These pieces are especially well-struck with sharp rims and smooth, semi-lustrous surfaces, scattered small carbon spots and some fingerprints noted, overall red color with streaks of brown and purple. Pedigreed to the Heaton Mint archives.
