Near Very Fine. Apparently unique and unrecorded.
The Gazan tetradrachms of Macrinus are very rare. Thus while this coin could be a hybrid utilising a reverse type of Diadumenian, the possibility that it could be a deliberate die pairing cannot be excluded.
