1877 5C -- Obverse Rim Filed -- ANACS. PR60 Details. A reflective proof with brilliant surfaces and a sharp strike. No distracting abrasions are seen across the interiors, save for a couple of tiny ticks near the right obverse border. Any rim filing is hidden by the holder. The 1877 Shield nickel was struck only in proof format. The quantity issued was just 900 pieces.
