Buffalo Nickels
1921-S 5C MS63 NGC. David Lange explains that the 1921-S Buffalo nickel is one of the scarcest issues in the series, usually seen in low to mid-circulated grades and often offered with a variety of problems (i.e. laminations, toning streaks). This Select example has softly frosted luster and pale golden patina with strong strike detail over the centers. The borders show areas of slight incompleteness that do not affect the overall appeal.
