Seated Dimes
1858 10C MS65+ PCGS. A sharp Gem Uncirculated piece with beautiful multicolored obverse toning incorporating red and blue, yellow and brown. Obverse blemishes must be carefully sought under magnification. The reverse, smoothly toned in a lovely golden hue, is abraded above the N of ONE -- the only marks to speak of. 1858 dimes are often encountered with a poorly struck head; this example is a solid exception. Population: 8 in 65 (1 in 65+), 7 finer (9/17).
