Indian Cents
1887 1C MS66 Red PCGS. A conditionally rare, high-end example of this otherwise plentiful Indian cent issue, showing satiny copper-orange mint luster and no distracting abrasions. The upper three headdress feathers show the usual softness, but the strike is otherwise boldly rendered. A few microscopic specks in the left obverse field are unseen by the naked eye. Only a handful of finer full Red coins are known. Population: 23 in 66 (6 in 66+) Red, 2 finer (9/17).
