1873-CC $1 -- Reverse Rim Filed, Cleaned -- ANACS. XF Details, Net VF25. OC-1, High R.4. The file marks are seen from 12 to 3 o'clock on the reverse rim but are of little impact. Although lightly cleaned in the past, this 1873-CC Seated dollar now displays appealing olive-gray, gold, and bluish toning over each side. Detail is bold, including full readability of LIBERTY. This key-date coin will fit in well with an otherwise problem-free XF and AU date set. Only 2,300 examples were struck, and the date is the rarest of the Carson City issues in this series.
