Franklin Half Dollars
1949-S 50C MS67 PCGS. Although PCGS reports a handful of Full Bell Lines coins in this grade, the present Superb Gem 1949-S Franklin half dollar is among the finest non-Full Bell Lines pieces known. The frosty surfaces show no distracting abrasions and display a dusting of olive-gold toning with tiny flecks of russet. The bell lines are a trifle weak just left of the crack. Population: 12 in 67, 0 finer (9/17).
