1921 $1 MS63 PCGS. Accompanied by a copy of a Breen letter where he "unhesitatingly declare(s) it an authentic satin finish proof." He goes on to point out evidence of double striking and irregular curved striations through LIBERTY and the right reverse fields near the borders. The coin is indeed strongly struck, the strongest we have seen in several years. The surfaces are bright and satiny with a few contact marks scattered about that explain the grade.
