1998 1C Cent -- Struck on Bonded Planchets -- MS65 Red NGC. 5.5 gm. Two cent planchets were fed together between a die pair. The force of the strike bonded both coins together and squeezed metal out where the various die collars allowed (the press likely had multiple sets of die pairs). A spectacular error.
