1869 50C Standard Silver Half Dollar, Judd-748, Pollock-831, R.5, PR63 PCGS. Standard Silver design with a bust of Liberty facing right on the obverse. Liberty is wearing a diadem inscribed LIBERTY, the legend is around the border, and the motto IN GOD WE TRUST is on a scroll at the bottom. The reverse exhibits the denomination 50 CENTS within a wreath of oak and laurel. STANDARD SILVER is at the periphery, the date 1869 is below the wreath. Struck in silver with a reeded edge. Nicely mirrored, both sides are mostly brilliant with only slight golden toning present around the rims.
