Claudius II Gothicus. AD 268-270. Antoninianus (21mm, 3.05 g, 12h). Siscia mint, 1st officina. 4th emission, circa early-summer AD 270. Radiate and cuirassed bust right / Apollo seated left, holding olive branch in right hand, leaning left elbow on lyre; –/–//[P]. Normanby –; RIC V –; RIC Online 770 (this coin cited). VF, dark green patina, some cleaning marks and a couple rough patches on reverse. Extremely rare type. One of only four specimens currently cited by RIC Online, none in CoinArchives.
