ISLAMIC. Persia (Pre-Seljuq). Saffarids. Lot of twenty (20) Æ fulus. All coins: Issues of Ahmad ibn Muhammad. Most are Sijistan mint issues, dated AH 339 (2) 340 (3), and one each of 342, 343, and 346 (8 coins total), followed by Zaranj mint, dated AH 328 (5) and 329 (2) (7 coins total). Lot also includes three coins with mint and AH date unclear and two with no mint of AH date. Coins Fine to Near VF, one with pierced flan. LOT SOLD AS IS, NO RETURNS. Twenty (20) coins in lot.
