Apparently unique. Attractive brown-green patina, Very Fine.
From the Dattari collection. Apparently unique
Perhaps more of a shrine than a temple: the structure does not look like the normal sort of temples on the Alexandrian coinage. This specimen has a shrine with four columns and a canopy roof but the structure doesn't look like a typical temple of the Alexandrian coinage as it encloses a statue of Heracles standing facing, head on the right, holding club. RPC On line knows only two specimens of this coin: one in the ANS collection and this one. A similar shrine appears on a coin with Isis Thermoutis on the year 16th of reign (RPC 4693).
