RARE and nice grade set of Four Gilt Copper Medallions in original box of issue representing Africa, Oceania, Asia & Americas in the Paris International Exhibition of 1931. Each medallion is 22mm diameter and marked CU for Copper as they look like Gold medals. Very ornate and Artistic set: Oceanie depicts twin tower temple of Thailand, Amerique has the Feathered Head of a Native Red Indian, Asie has an elephant with trunk around tree stump and Afrique has the bust of a Bedouin man, designers include A.Mouroux, Morlon, L.Bazor & L.Desvignes. each medal is Choice as issued, the card outer box has a damaged seam otherwise a very nice set and really seldom offered.
