Watch List notes:

PAPHLAGONIA, Sinope(?). 4th century BC. AR Hemiobol (8.5mm, 0.43 g, 10h). Head of Sinope(?) facing / Sea-eagle standing left, wings spread, on dolphin left; Δ below wings(?), unclear legend below dolphin. Apparently unpublished. VF, toned, rough surfaces. Extremely rare.
