ATTICA. Athens. Circa 165-42 BC. Drachm (Silver, 20 mm, 4.10 g, 12 h), 'New Style', Eche... and Glau..., magistrates, circa 138/7. Head of Athena to right, wearing triple-crested Attic helmet decorated with a palmette and a griffin on the bowl. Rev. A-ΘE / EXE / ΓΛ/AY Owl standing facing on Amphora; B on amphora; to right, facing bust of Helios. Thompson 308. Rare. The reverse struck slightly off center and with some deposits, otherwise, very fine.
