IMP CAES L SEP SEV ALEXANDER (all "S's" retrograde), laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Severus Alexander right / C G I H P A, Genio Populi Romani standing facing, head left, sacrificing from patera above small lighted altar at her feet and holding cornucopiae.
