Aeolis, Elaea. Commodus. A.D. 177-192. AE 21 (20.86 mm, 5.09 g, 6 h). struck A.D. 178-182. ΑV Κ Λ ΑVΡ ΚOΜO - OΔС (sic.), laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Commodus, seen from behind / ЄΛΑΙΤ - ΩΝ[Δ?], draped bust of Demeter or Persephone with the features of Crispina, holding grain ears and poppy . Cf. RPC IV online 226 (obv. legend); Cf. SNG von Aulock 1614-5; Cf. Waddington 7110. good VF, toned brass color on devices, darker brown patina in recesses and fields - great contrast .

The obverse legend contains all the requisite parts, but not in the same order as catalogs recite them
