China Empire Ming Dynasty 1 Kuan 1368-99 Pick AA10. Quite simply, one of the highest graded examples we have handled. The inks are bold and sharp, with the vermillion stamps on both sides still fully colored. These early banknotes were printed on relatively soft and weak mulberry paper colored with charcoal, and thus did not hold up well to handling. This example with any signs of circulation well hidden in the design has the appeal of being fresh off the press. PMG About Uncirculated 55. HID08701242017
