China Central Bank of Manchukuo 1 Yuan 1932 (1929) Pick J120s1 Face and Back Specimens. These notes are considered the first Japanese interest notes issued for China. After the invasion of Manchuria, the Japanese took over the money supply. As there was an available supply of notes from the provincial bank of the region, the first notes were prepared on these ABNC printed notes. They soon were replaced with ones printed in Japan. Both examples feature overprints for the Central Bank of Manchukuo, Specimen stamps and zero serial numbers. The face is PCGS Gold Shield Grading Choice Uncirculated 64 Details, stain, hinged and the back is Choice About Uncirculated 58 Details, hinged. HID08701242017
