Singapore Board of Commissioners of Currency $10000 ND (1980) Pick 17a. The $10000 denomination, which was carried over from the 1920s with the Straits Settlements King George V $10000, manifests itself in the birds series, depicting a vibrant and growing Singapore. Two security threads are featured, similar to the Orchids $10000. Whatever handling that PCGS saw that led it to award a less than perfect grade is difficult to see, and could have well been due to the printing process than actual handling.
