Kwangtung. Kuang-hsu silver Pattern 7 3/10 Candareens (10 Cents) ND (1889) MS63 NGC, KM-Y195, L&M-126, Kann-19. Sharply struck, with full mint luster beneath light gold and russet toning. The surfaces display only minor marks and the appearance is original and superb. A very rare issue. As with the previous 5 cent pattern, it is possible that these Patterns were struck at the Kwangtung mint in 1890, not 1889.
